PA Day Drop-In Program - Comic Book Contest: Elmvale & Midhurst Branch In-Person

Visit your local library branch to participate in this awesome contest! Templates for hand-drawn comics and the use of laptops will be supplied.

Friday September 26, 10am-5pm at Elmvale and Midhurst Branch

Cost: Free

No registration required for this drop-in program. Comics are due back to the library on Tuesday October 7 to be part of the winning draw.

Ages 4-6: Using pre-filled templates, contestants will draw pictures to accompany the text.

Ages 7-9: Using the blank templates contestants will create their own comic. Comics must tell a story with a beginning, middle, and end.

Ages 10-13: Contestants will be able to use computers to create their own comic book on canva. Comic must be at least 5 pages long.
